Registrations are currently being accepted for 5th and 6th grade students for the  2011-2012 school year.

Criteria: 

Admission to Grace Academy is based on an evaluation of the merit of the student relative to the established admission criteria without regard to race, color, and national or ethnic origin. The admission criteria are:

• Completion of an application by the parent or guardian which includes an essay by the student on why she wishes to attend the school
• Completion of an entrance exam by the student
• Personal interview including both the parent or guardian and student
• A teacher recommendation and school transcript
• Material to document financial need

How to Apply:

Parents/guardians may request an application packet at any time by calling the school at (860) 263-7535.  The Application Form and the Teacher Recommendation Form may also be downloaded from this website. The application packet includes the following items: 

1. Application Form - This form requests family and student biographical information and is to be completed by the parent/guardian. The “Student Statement of Interest” is to be completed by the student only.

2. Two Teacher Recommendation Forms - These forms are to be filled out by the fourth grade teacher and another recent teacher.

3. Transcript Release Form - This form should be returned to Grace Academy with the Application Form.

4. Students considered for admission into Grace Academy need to be eligible for the federal lunch program; therefore, proof of family income is required for admission.
