Alumnae
Graduate Support Program
The Graduate Support Program offers academic, financial, career and communal support to alumni of all ages, helping graduates to persist and succeed throughout their educational journey and beyond.

Grace Academy is committed to the life-long success of its students. It is Grace Academy’s goal that all of its graduates attend a selective, highly regarded, college preparatory high school, successfully graduate from high school, and continue on to post-secondary education so they are in the position to support themselves, their families, and help change their communities.
The graduate support services at Grace Academy formally begin in 7th grade and continue on through high school, college placement, and beyond.

The graduate support services encompass:
-
Facilitating a smooth and successful transition into private or competitive public charter/magnet schools through assistance with SSAT prep classes, high school selection, application, registration, and financial aid counseling;
-
Monitoring academic progress through high school; providing help and access to resources that will support the students’ academic needs;
-
Offering support, in collaboration with the high school college counseling staff with college prep and placement activities;
-
Maintaining ongoing contact with graduates and organizing social events that provide alumnae the opportunity to re-engage with Grace Academy and reunite with their peers.
The Grace Academy Graduate Support Program is designed to facilitate a smooth and successful transition into high school and college, and develop responsible and contributing members of the community.
